Details & Terms of Session

Please read carefully before booking

Session Fee

• $150 (+tax) —Outdoor Swing - Family Mini Session - located in Benton, LA.  (20 minutes, up to 6 immediate family members)

Within 1 week of the session, we will send you a proof gallery. At this time, you will choose your favorites and pick a Digital Images Package.

• Digital images purchased separately:

  • $350 – 10 images

  • $499 – 20 images

Deposit & Contract

• $150 deposit due at booking

• EPP requires a contract for all portrait sessions.  Must be signed to secure your time slot

• Session is not reserved until deposit is paid in full and contract signed.  An email with the contract will be sent to you after you pay your deposit. 
  
  

Session Info

• Location: Benton, Louisiana - address will be sent the day before the session.  

• Sessions are 20 minutes and for up to 6 immediate family members

• Additional people may require extra fees or booking 2 back-to-back sessions (call Elaine at 318-965-0099)

• Final selected images are retouched and emailed 1–2 weeks after ordering

• Directions and reminders will be emailed the day before your session

Important Policies

• All session fees are non-refundable due to limited availability

• Weather may require rescheduling (weeknight or weekend depending on availability)
