Session Fee

$150 (+tax) — Lake Bistineau Family Mini Session (20 minutes, up to 6 immediate family members)

Within 1 week of the session, we will send you a proof gallery. At this time, you will choose your favorites and pick a Digital Images Package.

Digital images purchased separately:
- $350 – 10 images
- $499 – 20 images

Deposit & Contract

$150 deposit due at booking
EPP requires a contract for all portrait sessions. Must be signed to secure your time slot
Session is not reserved until deposit is paid in full and contract signed. An email with the contract will be sent to you after you pay your deposit.

Location: Lake Bistineau, 103 State Park Rd, Doyline, LA 71023
Sessions are 20 minutes and for up to 6 immediate family members
Additional people may require extra fees or booking 2 back-to-back sessions (call Elaine at 318-965-0099)
Final selected images are retouched and emailed 1–2 weeks after ordering

Weather may require rescheduling (weeknight or weekend depending on availability)
By booking, you agree to these terms

All EPP session require a session contract. That will be emailed to you with your confirmation email. Please fill out ASAP to secure your time slot. Please type YES which states that you understand that you need to fill that out right after you sign up.

SIGNATURE

I understand that $150 (plus tax) is due now and this covers a 20 minute session on the scheduled date and location and digital packages are purchased after the session. All EPP sessions require a signed contract/release before portraits are taken. The contract/release will be emailed to you immediately after session is paid. Please fill that out ASAP to secure time slot. By purchasing this session, you agree to the terms listed here and above and that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
