BY SIGNING UP FOR A SPOT,

YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS BELOW:

• COSTUMES LIMIT: Each child can sign up for a maximum of TWO costumes, but from different classes. For instance, if your child attends core classes like ballet, tap, and jazz, choose one costume from these. If they're in hip hop, competition, or dance team, select one from that category.
  
  
• TIME SLOTS: Students may have pictures taken in TWO separate costumes, but a separate time slot and payment are required for each costume.  There is a Max of 2 Costumes per child.  Only 1 costume for Core can be taken.  Core classes consist of ballet, tap, and jazz - choose ONLY 1 costume from Core.  If they have an additional class such as Hip Hop, Competition, or Dance Team then they can have pictures taken in 1 costume from one of those classes.  Remember there is a 2 Max Costumes per child.  You also must sign up for a separate time slot.  So if you sign up for 1:00-1:15 for the first costume, then you need to sign up for 1:15-1:30 for your second costume.)
  
  
• HEADSHOT: A headshot of each child will be taken, included in the Recital Program.
  
  
• SESSION FEE: There's a $15 session fee per student/costume.
  
  
• PROOFS & PACKAGES: Proofs will be available online approximately two weeks after the session, and packages starting at $39 can be purchased separately.

• STEP 1: Sign up for one time slot per child for one costume only. DO NOT book a child twice in one time slot. For additional costumes, book a separate time slot.  It MUST be booked for the time slot after your first appointment.
  
  
• STEP 2: Optional - Sign up for a second costume, ensuring it's a separate time slot from the first.
  
  
• STEP 3: Ensure your child is picture-ready and on time. Clean face and mouth, styled hair, and secured flyaway hairs.
  
  

• LOCATION: Pictures will be taken at Candace Dance Studio - Benton, located at 5430 Airline Drive, Suite 300, Bossier City, LA 71111.

INFO ABOUT GROUP PICS FOR THOSE

THAT HAVE DUOS OR TRIO DANCES

• DUO OR TRIO GROUP PICS ONLY: If you want a group picture only and no individual pictures, then only one session fee of $15 needs to be paid.  Then you need to note in the comment section the names of all that are in the group pic along with the grade they are in. This is for duo or trio group pics only. 
  
  
  
• DUO OR TRIO GROUP PICS + INDIVIDUAL PICTURES: There's a $15 session fee per student/costume and then we will take a group picture and individual picture as well.  This is for duo or trio group pictures only.  Please note in the comment section the names of all that are in the group pic along with the grade they are in.

SESSION FEE

$15 (+tax) - 2024 Dance Pictures - Digital & Print Packages are sold separately.  Session Fee MUST be Prepaid and Signed up by Thursday, May 2, 2024 by 1:00 pm.  No Exceptions. 

****All session fees are non-refundable.  This is to ensure your time slot as we have limited time slots for our clients.

GUIDELINES 

* ONLY CANDACE DANCE STUDIO STUDENTS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED

* ONLY 1 COSTUME per session time slot allowed. 

* ONLY 2 TOTAL COSTUMES PER CHILD but MUST purchase a separate time slot.   

* DO NOT BOOK a child twice in one time slot.  MUST BOOK a separate time slot.  * (If you want a different costume, you must purchase another time slot)

* A HEADSHOT PICTURE of each child will be taken for the program.  No group pictures this year.  

* A SIBLING PICTURE will be taken as long as both students are signed up. 

* PARENTS will be RESPONSIBLE for making sure your child is picture ready - faces are wiped, hair is done, etc. 

* MUST BE ON TIME - If you are late, it will cut into another class time and we will have to put you at the end.  We want to be fair.  

PACKAGE INFO

Within 2 weeks of the session, we will have your images online for you to order.  

Packages start at $39.

**There will be a 10% off your order of $50 or more if placed by the deadline.

TERMS AND IMPORTANT INFO

I understand that the session fee of $15 (plus tax) is due now to book.  This fee covers the dance portrait session on the scheduled date and time.  The session fee is final and non-refundable.  Print & digital packages are purchased separately.  I agree to the Details and Terms of the Session as listed above.  I do hereby release Elaine Pierce Photography LLC and Candace Dance Studio LLC and its employees of any and all responsibilities, damage, or injuries.
